Salil Shetty

Salil Shetty is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Head at Godrej Infotech Ltd since July 2022. Prior to this role, Salil held the position of Global Talent Acquisition Head at Tata Consulting Engineers Limited from November 2019 to June 2022. With a substantial tenure at Capgemini from June 2004 to November 2019, Salil led BI and data analytics hiring across India, focusing on recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and key performance indicators. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Technical Recruiter at One Click Solutions Inc. and Dynamic Consultants Inc., and as an Assistant HR Manager at India Softwares & Technologies. Salil holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from JBIMS and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology.
