Rajesh Bilas has extensive experience in safety management within the construction and real estate sectors. Currently serving as Assistant Manager (Safety) at Godrej Properties Limited since February 2021, Rajesh previously held the position of Senior Safety Officer at Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate from February 2017 to November 2023. Prior to that, Rajesh worked as Assistant Manager at Omkar Realtors & Developers Pvt Ltd. and as a Safety Officer at Shapoorji Pallonji And Company Limited, focusing on enhancing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on site. Rajesh's career began as a Safety Officer at Simplex Infrastructures Limited. Rajesh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Safety from Shivananda Institute of Industrial Safety, completed in 2012.
