The Support Team at GoFan ensures seamless operation and satisfaction for schools and users engaging with the ticketing platform. Comprising experts such as Enablement Managers, School Support Specialists, and Technical Application Support Specialists, the team addresses and resolves technical issues, manages financial queries, and provides training and guidance to school administrators. Their collective effort maintains the high standard of service and support for over 2,000 high schools and 37 state associations nationwide.
