Rahul Bhatia

Rahul Bhatia is the current Director at IndiGo. Prior to this, they were the Leader of Program Sales AMA at Right Management from March 2015 to November 2015. Before that, they were with NeuroLeadership Institute from May 2007 to February 2015, where they launched Brain-Based Coach Certification Programs and was responsible for overall operations execution, performance management, effective functional management, top line and bottom line revenue and increasing market share. Rahul was also with FranklinCovey India & SouthAsia from June 2005 to February 2015, where they were instrumental in setting up the events vertical and successfully organized Corporate events with renowned speakers such as Dr. Stephen R Covey, Dr. Ram Charan, Sean Covey, Bob Whitman & Chris McChesney, David Rock, and Stephen MR Covey.

Rahul Bhatia's educational career began with a Diploma in Training and Development from the ISTD. Rahul then completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Indira Gandhi National Open University. After that, they completed their PG Diploma in Sales from the National Institute of Sales (NIS). Finally, they completed their Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Delhi.
