Shelby Buell possesses extensive experience in product engineering and commercialization, currently serving as the Director of Product Engineering & Commercialization at GOJO Industries since July 2010. Prior roles include Director of Product Engineering and Senior Product Development Engineer at The Step2 Company, as well as Engineering Manager at CAMP, Inc. and Senior Product Development Engineer at Progressive Plastics. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Global Technological Innovation from The University of Akron, a Black Belt Six Sigma certification from Kent State University, and degrees in Plastics Engineering Technology and Mechanical Engineering Technology from Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus, along with an Associate's degree in Electronics Technology from the Erie Institute of Technology.
