Ariel Lillico

Ariel Lillico has extensive experience in translation and language services, currently serving as Translator II at Goken America since May 2017, following a progression from Translator roles that emphasized high standards for quality and accuracy in technical document translation from Japanese to English. Prior experience includes working as an Enrollment Specialist at Providence Health Plans, where Ariel efficiently managed the onboarding of over 100,000 applicants, and as a Japanese Translator for Lillico Translation, improving translation accuracy by utilizing CAT tools. During academic pursuits, Ariel held roles as Graduate Teaching Assistant at Kent State University and gained valuable customer service experience in the hospitality industry. Ariel holds a Master’s Degree in Japanese Translation from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese from Linfield University, complemented by studies at Aoyama Gakuin University in Japan.
