Paula Bennett

Paula Bennett is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in retail and investment sectors. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Golden Seeds since January 2019, Bennett focuses on investing in early-stage companies led by women. Previously, Bennett held the position of Independent Board Member at At Home Group Inc. and served as President and CEO of J. Jill, driving significant growth and navigating transitions to private equity and a successful IPO. Additional leadership roles include President at Appleseed's, Chief Operating Officer at EILEEN FISHER, INC., and various executive roles at Tiffany & Co. and Calvin Klein. Bennett's career commenced in retail management, including positions at Federated Merchandising Group, Bloomingdale's, and Lord & Taylor. Bennett holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from The Ohio State University.
