Sarah Elshawarby

Sarah ElShawarby has extensive experience in human resources and management, serving as the Director of Human Resources at Goldey-Beacom College since May 2019, after roles as Assistant Director and Human Resources Coordinator. Prior to this, Sarah worked at DIMO Corp. from November 2013 to March 2019, where responsibilities included establishing the HR department and overseeing the HRIS, as well as managing a team of Sales Executives as a Senior Account Manager. Earlier career roles included English Teacher at Nile Egyptian Schools and Consultant at UNESCO, where Sarah contributed to the development of the Culture Department’s website. Sarah holds both a Master's degree and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Information Systems from Virginia Tech.
