The Facilities and Security Team at Goldfarb Properties is responsible for ensuring the safety, maintenance, and smooth operation of our luxury apartment buildings. This team oversees security protocols, manages building upkeep, and coordinates with regional facilities to guarantee a high standard of living for our tenants. Key roles include Security Sergeant, Doorman Attendant, Superintendent, Resident Manager, and Regional Facilities Coordinator, all of whom work together to provide exceptional service and care.
