The Front Office Team at Goldfinch Hotels is responsible for providing exceptional guest services, including managing reservations, handling check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors. This team plays a critical role in representing the hotel’s brand, ensuring guest satisfaction, and facilitating seamless operations across 14 Superior Rooms, 24 Gold Club Rooms, and 11 Executive Suites.
