Lizzie Leon

Lizzie Leon (Adams) serves as the Head of ESG for Americas Real Estate at Goldman Sachs since March 2021, previously holding the position of Vice President in Real Estate at Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Prior experience includes a role as Vice President of Technology for the Building Innovations Group at Carbon Lighthouse, where significant enhancements in energy savings and team efficiency were achieved. Lizzie has also held leadership positions at Passive House California, PAE Consulting Engineers, Beyond Efficiency, and Umow Lai & Associates, specializing in sustainability, mechanical engineering, and energy modeling. Educational background includes a BS in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University.
