Rashmi Mathur

Rashmi Mathur is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology leadership and engineering management. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of ETO at Goldman Sachs since July 2021, Rashmi leads a large team in India, overseeing critical operations and business continuity strategies. Previously, Rashmi has held senior positions at Barclays as Head of Engineering for KYC and Fincrime, and at Visa managing marketing systems technology. With a strong background that includes roles at Adobe, AOL, Integral, Novell, and Cysphere.com, Rashmi possesses a deep understanding of software engineering, DevOps principles, and technology transformation. Additionally, Rashmi has pursued advanced education with an Executive General Management Programme from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Jai Narain Vyas University.
