Teresa Lii

Teresa Lii is a legal professional with extensive experience in financial and investment law. Currently serving as Counsel at Golub Capital since December 2024, Teresa previously held the position of Managing Director and Associate General Counsel at Veritas Capital, where management of a team and oversight of private equity M&A and credit investment cycles were key responsibilities. Prior roles include Associate General Counsel for Project Kuiper at Amazon and an associate in the Restructuring Group at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Teresa's legal career began as an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, continues with a background as a Distressed Debt Legal Analyst at Reorg, and is supported by a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School and an undergraduate A.B. in Biology and History from Columbia University.
