Paola Andrea Larrahondo Cuesta

Paola Andrea Larrahondo Cuesta is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in public administration and legal advisory roles. Currently serving as a Partner and Director at Gómez-Pinzón since May 2016, Paola leads the Administrative & Constitutional and Infrastructure practice groups. Previous positions include Senior Associate and legal advisor at the Ministry of Commerce, Trade and Industry, and the Ministry of Transportation of Colombia, where responsibilities encompassed advising ministers, managing legal departments, and coordinating public policies. Paola also held the role of Legal Affairs Director at the Secretaría Distrital de Movilidad and served as Executive Director of Fundación Pro Bono Colombia. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Law and Economics from Aix-Marseille University and the Università di Bologna, as well as a specialization and bachelor's degree in Law from Universidad de Los Andes.
