Mariya Pozharova

Mariya Pozharova, M.S., GMS, currently serves as Global Mobility Program Manager at Motive since September 2023. Previously, Pozharova held the position of Global Mobility Manager at Babylon, where responsibilities included the design, development, and administration of the immigration and global mobility program while managing operations in the US and UK for expatriate employees. Prior experience includes roles at Epicor Software, VMware, and Foster LLP, where Pozharova focused on immigration, compliance, and case management across various regions. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Government and German from The University of Texas at Austin, as well as International Relations from the University of National and World Economy.
