Rachel Donelan

Rachel Donelan has a diverse work experience history. In 2016, they worked at Baked by Melissa as a Customer Happiness Associate. From 2017 to 2020, they served as a Guest Specialist at The Museum of Modern Art. In 2018, Rachel co-founded Ditch Witch Vintage and worked as a Digital Media Strategist until 2021. Rachel then worked at AbsenceSoft as a Customer Support Analyst (Tier I) from January 2021 to September 2021, and as a Technical Support Analyst (Tier II) from October 2021 to March 2022. Currently, Rachel is employed by Gong as a Technical Support Engineer, starting in May 2022.
