Michelle Harvey is an experienced professional in the areas of business operations, human resources, corporate compliance, nonprofit finance, facilities management, and IT management. Currently, Ms. Harvey serves the National Center for Healthy Housing as Chief Operating Officer. She partners with the Executive Director to guide corporate business objectives, workforce planning, and communications across the organization. Her strengths include innovation, leadership, change management, financial oversight, organizational development, and capacity building. Ms. Harvey has a passion for social justice and experience in leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Due to her 15-year tenure in nonprofit leadership, she is adept in navigating complex organizational changes; leadership and people development; relationship building; business strategy, and financial acumen. Prior to joining NCHH, Ms. Harvey worked with Community Preservation and Development Corporation in the capacity of Operations Manager. Ms. Harvey graduated from Prince George's Community College with an Associates degree in Business Administration.
