Joshua Carlson

Joshua Carlson, MBA, is an experienced water polo coach currently serving as an Assistant Coach for the West Suburban Water Polo Club and the Head Coach for the Youth (18u) Girls and Development (14u) Girls teams in the Olympic Development Program: Midwest Zone at USA Water Polo. Carlson's coaching background includes a role as a Coach for St. Louis Area Polo, covering multiple age groups, and as a Graduate Assistant Coach for both the Men's and Women's Water Polo teams at McKendree University. With a strong foundation in business, Carlson holds an MBA with a Certificate in Digital Marketing and a BBA focused on Management and Marketing from McKendree University. Earlier professional experience includes positions as a Marketing Intern at Goodheart-Willcox and project engineering internships at Carlson Construction.
