John Heness

John Heness is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in manufacturing and leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as Regional Operations Manager NSW/ACT and External Manufacturing Lead at Goodman Fielder since April 2019, John has previously held significant roles as Manufacturing Director and Site Leader at Lion, where key responsibilities included overseeing the Capitol Chilled Foods joint venture. Prior to that, John was General Manager of the Dry Pet Food Division at Australian Pet Brands P/L, managing all aspects of production and distribution. Early career experience includes serving as Engineering Manager in the Cereals & Snacks Division at Green's General Foods.
