Sarah MacChione

Sarah Macchione is a Partner at Goodmans LLP, with a focus on securities and corporate law, representing public and private companies in areas such as public offerings, debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations. Previous experience includes roles as an Associate at Brookfield Asset Management and Goodmans LLP, as well as articling positions at Goodmans LLP and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Earlier in their career, Sarah served as an Acquisition Analyst at Realstar Management Partnership and an Educator in a legal education program at the University of Toronto. Sarah holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, a Doctor of Law from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Criminal Justice, and Public Policy from the University of Guelph.
