Shilla Kim-Parker currently serves as a Faculty Member at Princeton University, teaching and mentoring in the Entrepreneurship/Engineering department, and holds multiple board positions, including roles at Bank Street College of Education and Goodwill Industries of Greater New York and Northern New Jersey. As Vice President of Digital Labs at American Express, Shilla leads an internal tech incubator focused on developing products for consumers and small businesses. Prior experience includes founding Thrilling, a VC-backed startup recognized for its innovative retail approach, and serving in executive roles at The Walt Disney Company, ABC News, and Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. Shilla holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Harvard University.
