Rachel Thies

Rachel Thies currently serves as a Program Coordinator at Goodwill Industries of Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia since March 2023, while also working as a Sales Associate at URBN since October 2022. Prior experience includes managerial roles at Starbucks and educational positions at several institutions, including Grade 5 Homeroom Teacher at Colegio Nueva Granada and Team Lead at the American International School of Lagos. With a Master's Degree in Elementary Education from The University of Alabama and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Harding University, Rachel has a strong foundation in education and leadership spanning over a decade.
