Janelle Hayes

Janelle Hayes, PHR, currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont, where responsibilities include sourcing, application screening, and collaborating with hiring managers to enhance employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.
