Cindy Woodward

Cindy Woodward currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona, a position held since April 2017. Prior to this role, Cindy held various HR leadership positions including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Human Resources, as well as Senior Director and Director of Talent Management at the same organization. Cindy's earlier experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources & Talent Development at Goodwill Industries of Northern Arizona from August 2012 to April 2017. Additionally, Cindy spent nearly a decade at The Boulders, A Waldorf Astoria Resort, where positions included Assistant Director of Human Resources, Regional Training Coach, Human Resources Manager, and Training Manager, starting in 2003 and continuing until 2012. Cindy's career began at The Boulders in 1994 as a Restaurant Manager.
