Apoorva Mohapatra

Apoorva Mohapatra is an accomplished Learning and Development Specialist with extensive experience in instructional design and human resources. Currently employed at Goodwill of Silicon Valley since June 2023, Apoorva has held similar roles at Giant Eagle, Inc. and Tata Elxsi, where expertise in developing effective training programs was demonstrated. Previous experience includes working as an Instructional Designer at Infrrd and serving in human resources and research roles early in the career at Times Health Care Private Limited and the Centre for Development Communication. Apoorva holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Christ University, Bangalore, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The IIS University.
