Bryn Williams

Bryn Williams currently serves as the Head of UXR for the Workspace Platform at Google, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Bryn held various senior positions in UX research at PayPal from January 2019 to March 2024, including Senior Director, Director, and Senior Manager of User Experience Research. Bryn's experience includes a role as Head of Research at Capital One and as a UX Researcher at Google through Adecco. Additional work includes roles at Visa Europe, the Government Digital Service, Skype, Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, and Betfair. Bryn Williams holds an MSc in Psychology from The Open University and a BSc (Hons) in Ergonomics from Loughborough University, along with a Diploma in Professional Studies from the same institution.
