Chauncey Hill

Chauncey Hill is an accomplished professional in human resources with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Performance Management and Development at Google since September 2018, Chauncey leads the global go-to-market strategy for the enterprise-wide Performance Management and Development product. Previously, Chauncey held the position of Director, People Partner Lead for Global Partnerships at Google, overseeing a global team of HR practitioners. With a background at Tesla as Sr. Manager of HRBP for Global Sales, Marketing, and Service, key responsibilities included talent management and leadership effectiveness.
