Dr. Angel Johnson

Dr. Angel Johnson currently serves as the Global Head of GCP/TI Organizational Effectiveness at Google and holds an independent director position on the Board of Directors for USA Karate. With extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, Dr. Johnson previously worked as VP of People & Culture at Zip Co, Global Director of People Strategy & Employee Experience at Meta, and Director of People Strategy & Innovation at Kaiser Permanente. Dr. Johnson has a solid foundation in workforce planning, talent management, and strategic HR initiatives, supported by a PhD and Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Longwood University.
