Harsha Gadagkar

Harsha Gadagkar is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in cloud computing and customer service. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Google Cloud's Customer Service & Supportability since March 2022, Harsha leads efforts to drive success by addressing complex challenges for customers. Prior to this role, Harsha spent over 15 years at Oracle, culminating as the Group Vice President of Corporate Architecture, Cloud Reliability & Customer Success, where the focus was on enhancing performance and reliability of Oracle Cloud Product Suites. Previous positions include Senior Director and Director roles at Siebel Systems, and software engineering positions at Exodus Communications, Equinox Solutions, and Tata Consultancy Services. Harsha holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Science and Technology from B. M. S. College of Engineering.
