Karim Wadie

Karim Wadie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in cloud engineering and data analytics. Currently serving as a Strategic Cloud Engineer at Google since September 2018, Karim ensures the success of enterprise customers on Google Cloud Platform, focusing on Data & Analytics solutions. Prior to this role, Karim was the Engineering Manager for the Data Platform at home24 SE, where leadership was provided to teams building and maintaining data products, transforming the company's data landscape into a consolidated cloud-based solution. Karim’s academic background includes a Master of Science in Informatics from Technische Universität Berlin and multiple degrees in Computer Science and Business Intelligence from various European institutions, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Cairo University. Earlier career roles included Business Intelligence Consultant and developer at ITWorx, successfully leading multiple projects in the MENA region.
