Kylee Barnett

Kylee Barnett is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business partnering and strategic sourcing, currently working at Google since August 2022. Prior to this, Kylee held the position of Senior Manager in Strategic Sourcing at Honeywell and served as a Strategic Operations Manager at Kearney from 2017 to 2022, leading significant cost-saving initiatives for major corporations. Earlier, Kylee gained valuable experience as a Sourcing Associate at Kearney and as a Summer Consultant, where impactful sourcing strategies were developed for mergers. Kylee's career also includes roles focused on diversity and inclusion within the Cincinnati Reds organization, along with various positions in customer relations and marketing during educational pursuits at Xavier University and Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, where an M.B.A. was earned.
