Mian Sikandar Adeel

Mian Sikandar Adeel is an accomplished logistics and operations management professional with extensive experience in optimizing supply chain processes. Currently serving as a Logistics Operations Program Manager at Google, Mian is responsible for spoke operations across EMEA and warehouse network optimization. Previously, as Head of Fulfillment & Planning at Jugnu, Mian led nationwide fulfillment operations, achieving significant cost reductions and improved inventory accuracy. Mian also held key roles at Reckitt, where contributions included managing substantial warehousing operations and leading cost-saving initiatives. Mian holds a Level 7 degree in Strategic Management and Leadership from OTHM and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute.
