Rachel Francois

Rachel Francois is a seasoned Program Manager at Google since March 2021, specializing in the design and implementation of global educator partnerships. As a co-founder of KickBack Boston, LLC since December 2015, Rachel has also served as an Education Mentor at Kaplan University, providing academic and career guidance to pre-college students. Rachel held the role of Senior Director of Academic Advising and Career Development at The New School from 2009 to March 2021, where responsibilities included managing a team and enhancing student success strategies. Earlier experience includes freelance work as a Fashion Stylist Assistant and Project Manager, various internships in trend forecasting and editorial roles, and a position as Project Associate at Bronx Institute - GEAR UP, developing academic enrichment programs for high school students. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Bryn Mawr College and a Master of Arts in Fashion Studies from Parsons School of Design - The New School.
