Ramsey Allington

Ramsey Allington serves as Chief of Staff for Devices & Services at Google, having joined the company in March 2002. In this role, Ramsey acts as an operating partner to leaders in charge of hardware and services, overseeing areas such as annual planning, cross-functional alignment, and organizational development. Previous roles include Chief of Staff for Pixel Phones & Wearables, where Ramsey supported hardware engineering and product management, and Director of Strategy & Business Operations, successfully leading the turnaround of Google Domains with significant revenue growth. Ramsey also directed M&A integration efforts during a period of substantial acquisitions and has experience in product operations across various Google products. Additionally, Ramsey advises portfolio companies at CapitalG on acquisition planning and operational strategies. Ramsey holds a BA in Liberal Studies from Santa Clara University.
