Winnie Xu

Winnie Xu is a Software Engineer at Google since November 2016, serving in various roles, including work on server teams, experimental food exploration features for Flutter apps, and significant contributions to the Ad Manager team, where a product rewrite improved usage metrics and fulfilled ad privacy mandates. Prior experience includes a Quality Engineering internship at Intuit, where automated test cases for TurboTax were developed, and a UX & Web Development internship at Whova, focusing on mobile web applications. Additional roles include a Software Engineering internship at Yahoo, with a campaign to boost search user engagement, and tutoring duties at UC San Diego, assisting over 300 students in Java and OOP concepts. Winnie Xu holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from UC San Diego.
