Yvonne Leung

Yvonne Leung is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director of Google Cloud Strategic Finance at Google since September 2017, focusing on competitive intelligence, long-range planning, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations. Prior to this role, Yvonne held various senior finance positions including Head of Cloud M&A and Investment Finance, Head of Corporate Finance, and Head of gTech Sales Finance at Google. Yvonne's experience also includes a tenure at Twitter as Director, Head of Corporate Finance, where responsibilities included managing teams for business development partnerships and overseeing financial metrics. At Zynga, Yvonne directed financial planning and analysis, and at Yahoo!, evaluated mergers and acquisitions. The career began in investment banking with analyst positions at Deutsche Bank and CIBC World Markets. Yvonne holds an MS in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University and a BA in Biology and Economics from Cornell University.
