Andy Wade

Andy Wade is a Learning and Development Specialist at Gordian since July 2014, recognized for designing and hosting a comprehensive learning path for onboarding and professional development, impacting over 2,700 employees across multiple companies. With a focus on creating effective training programs, Andy has successfully orchestrated onboarding for more than 200 new hires annually and expanded the data analytics program dramatically. Previous roles include Senior Service Manager, where responsibilities included developing a department-wide learning curriculum, managing client accounts, and driving substantial ROI, as well as Service Lead & Account Manager, where training delivery and content alignment were crucial. Andy also held positions in sales and aquatics management, achieving significant revenue growth and budget management. Andy Wade holds a BA in American Studies from Dickinson College.
