Barry Fraser

Barry Fraser, CSP, has extensive experience in the foodservice industry, currently serving as a Customer Solutions Specialist at Gordon Food Service in Canada since April 2000. Fraser specializes in disposables, packaging, tabletop products, chemicals, and beverages, managing accounts and sales representatives in Ontario and the Atlantic provinces. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Product Specialist and Account Manager at Mohawk Inn, where responsibilities included serving as Executive Chef, overseeing staff hiring, food costing, menu design, and catering events. Fraser's education in chef training was completed at George Brown College from 1993 to 1994.
