Dustin McFarland

Dustin McFarland has extensive experience in emergency services and management, currently serving as an EMS Instructor and Performance Improvement Coordinator at Goshen Health since February 2021. McFarland has been a Firefighter, Paramedic, and EMS Lieutenant at Middlebury Fire Department since April 2013 and held the position of Lieutenant at Yorktown Fire Department for nearly a decade, where responsibilities included incident command and crew supervision. Previous roles include Transportation Manager at Star Fleet Trucking, Inc. and various managerial positions at Sherwin-Williams Paints, where a strong emphasis was placed on customer service and operational efficiency. McFarland holds certifications including Fire Fighter I & II, First Responder, and Instructor I, and earned a Bachelor of Science in General Studies from Ball State University.
