Alexander Rankin

Alexander Rankin serves as the Director of Affordable Leasing at Gotham since June 2022. Prior to this role, Alexander held the position of Leasing Manager at Related Companies from March 2015 to June 2022, overseeing the leasing for the 925-unit mixed-income property Hunter’s Point South in Long Island City, achieving a pre-COVID occupancy rate of 99% and a current rate of 98%. Alexander's career also includes experience as a Stock Plan Administrator at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management from August 2010 to March 2015 and as a Technology Training Liaison at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney from September 2007 to August 2010. Alexander earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business, graduating in 2007.
