Bobbi Mackey has extensive experience in software support and training within various organizations. Currently serving at Gourmet Foods International as a Software Support specialist for Oracle ERP since March 2016, Bobbi previously held the position of Director of Training & Development at JACKSON HEALTHCARE from October 2004 to July 2015, managing training programs for corporate and subsidiary staff. Prior to that, Bobbi was self-employed as a contractor from January 2001 to October 2004, providing consultative training services in technical instruction, software, and network administration.
