Mubashar Ajmal is a dedicated professional in the food safety and quality assurance sector, currently serving as a Senior Quality and Production Executive at gourmet FOODS since April 2021. Previously, Mubashar held the position of Quality Assurance Officer and Food Safety and Hygiene Officer at Bundu Khan Foods, where responsibilities included ensuring food safety throughout the production process, conducting hygiene training for food handlers, and implementing corrective actions for lapses in food safety practices. An internship at Ayub Agriculture Research Institute in 2019 provided additional experience in the field. Educational qualifications include a BS Hons in Food Science and Technology from Government College University, Faisalabad, along with earlier studies in science and pre-medical programs at local institutions.
