Matt Bell

Matt Bell is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Tech Lead for the Cloud Platform team at Gousto since April 2021. Previously, Matt held the position of Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Gousto, focusing on enhancing software observability and knowledge sharing across teams. Prior to that, Matt was the DevOps Team Lead at SG Digital, managing 13 engineers across multiple global teams and developing expertise in the Open Gaming System and Java tech stack at scale. Matt's career began at OpenBet, progressing through various roles including Technical Lead, Senior Developer, and Developer, while also enhancing developer experience and test environment stability. Matt holds a BEng in Computing from Imperial College London, completed in 2010, and graduated from Wallington County Grammar School in 2006.
