Adam Flanagan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and public service. Currently serving as an Assistant Principal for Cohesion Policy & EU Structural Funds at the Department of Public Expenditure NDP Delivery & Reform since April 2019, Adam also held the role of HR Business Partner at the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade in Ireland until March 2023, contributing to the Global Irish Services Division. Previous roles include HR Analyst in Learning & Development at the Department of Finance Ireland, where Adam implemented HR business strategies and managed training evaluations, as well as positions in customer service and clerical support. Adam holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Politics & International Relations from University College Dublin.
