Stephen Harding is an accomplished procurement professional with extensive experience across various sectors, including public service, healthcare, and manufacturing. Currently serving as a Category Specialist Higher at the Department of Public Expenditure NDP Delivery & Reform since July 2023, Stephen plays a crucial role in optimizing procurement processes for the public sector. Previously, Stephen led procurement operations as Head of Procurement for Kiernan Steel from July 2021 to July 2023, and managed supplier sourcing projects at Three Ireland. With a strong foundation in procurement and supply management, supported by multiple qualifications including a Bachelor of Business in Procurement & Supply Management, Stephen has effectively managed large-scale procurement projects, developed teams, and driven process improvements across various organizations.
