Leonard Adams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, particularly in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and business transformation. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and Consultant for the Government of New Brunswick since February 2022, Leonard focuses on driving business growth, optimizing resource utilization, and enhancing operational efficiencies. Previously, Leonard held senior roles at Irving Oil from December 2016 to January 2022, managing complex projects and implementing process improvements. Leonard's career also includes positions as a Research Analyst at Enterprise Saint John and as a Relationship Manager in the banking sector, with significant achievements in financing major projects. Leonard holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick and a diploma in Accounting from the University of Benin.
