Courtney Arychuk

Courtney Arychuk is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in both public and private sectors. Currently, Courtney serves as the Manager of Accommodations, Investigations & OHS and Client Service Manager at the Government of Northwest Territories since April 2019, following roles as Senior Human Resource Officer. Prior to this, Courtney worked at Dominion Diamond Mines from January 2014 to March 2019, advancing from Human Resources Administrator to Senior Human Resource Officer & Aboriginal Employment Coordinator. Additionally, Courtney gained valuable experience through summer student positions at BHP Billiton and Dominion Diamond Corporation. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Vancouver Island University, completed in 2013.
