Sneha Gawai

Sneha Gawai currently serves as the Chief Minister's Skill Development Fellow for the Government of Odisha, a role commenced in July 2024. Prior to this position, Sneha acted as a Documentation Officer at CInI - Collectives for Integrated Livelihood Initiatives under Tata Trusts from August 2023 to July 2024, and worked as a Program Executive at the Desai Foundation from July 2022 to August 2023. Sneha has also held the role of Documentation Officer focused on Resource Mobilization and Coordination at Yuva Mitra from July 2020 to July 2022. Earlier experience includes an internship at Rajasthan Grameen Aajeevika Vikas Parishad in September 2019, as well as internships at ANTHRA and Yuva Mitra in April 2019 and September 2018, respectively. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Sustainable Livelihood and Natural Resources Governance from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (May 2018 - March 2020) and a Bachelor of Arts from Govt. Vidarbha Institute of Science & Humanities, Amravati (June 2014 - June 2017).
