Anna Luu-Nguyen

Anna Luu-Nguyen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international relations and protocol management. Currently serving as a Protocol Officer at the Ministère des Relations internationales et de la Francophonie du Québec since May 2021, Anna has previously held positions such as Administrative Coordinator at the Institut du Québec and Executive Assistant to strategic advisor Raymond Bachand at Norton Rose Fulbright. With a strong background in Model United Nations and event planning, Anna has also contributed as a Proposal Specialist for the United Nations Association in Canada and has served as a faculty advisor in multiple educational institutions. Anna holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and International Law from UQAM and furthered professional development with a Certificate in United Nations Protocol from UNITAR.
