Jason Rayner

Jason Rayner is an experienced professional specializing in technology innovation and project management. Currently serving as the eServices Project Delivery Manager for the Government of Yukon since April 2017, Jason focuses on developing and implementing strategies to enhance innovation and technology across the region. As a Senior Business Development Advisor, work includes conducting industry assessments and identifying growth opportunities to benefit Yukon’s economy. Jason operates as a sole proprietor at Recall PM, where proprietary project management technologies are developed. Previous roles include Technology Innovation Officer at Yukon College, Partner at Outcrop Yukon Ltd., and VP Interactive/Client Services at Ticideon Interactive. Jason's educational background includes studies at the University of Waterloo, University of Toronto, and UPEI.
